The Ministry is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of nine esteemed members. These members include: Senior Pastor F Sarima, Pastor FJ Mashaba, Pastor D. Phiri, Elder W Meela, Elder J Lebeko, Elder TS Phalanndwa, Elder NT Hlela, Elder DH. Monaheng-Sarima & Elder S. Mabunda.
This Board holds the responsibility of making key decisions for the Ministry and reports directly to the President. They serve as valuable advisors and collaborators, supporting the Senior Pastor in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Ministry. Members are appointed to the Board by the President/Senior Pastor.
The Board is composed of both ordained Pastors and Elders. They hold their positions as long as they uphold the principles outlined in the Ministry’s Statement of Faith and adhere to the New Testament standards for Bishops and Elders as detailed in the Ministry’s Constitution.
The Board of Elders duties includes
- Safeguarding of the Vision and Doctrine.
- According to the scriptures for this Ministry.
- Exercising discipline and restoration to the members of this Ministry.
- Carrying out and executing of programs and plans of this Ministry. etc.
- Dealing with financial matters
